...The Road Less Travelled...

Posted by Pavan Kaul (Mumbai, India) on 11 May 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

"I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference."

Robert Frost

A film maker from India who has keenly nurtured his passion for photography since adolescence.

'AMBROSIA' is what I have named this photoblog, since 'creative expression' is the nectar that nourishes the soul of all creative artists. One can spend a lifetime taking pictures which may eventually add up to just a few hours, but come to think of it, that may just be the sum total of ones life. A camera as a companion is an absolute must..be it movie, or still."

Standley from Carquefou, France

A wonderful composition Pavan. Light and tones are superb.
For some reasons it reminds me of Madagascar!

@Standley: Thank you Richard! The southern region of Madagascar comprises of deserts. So from that point of view maybe the two are similar since I shot this in Rajasthan, Indias largest desert area.
