From Here To EternityPosted by Pavan Kaul (Mumbai, India) on 10 May 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio. "Life comes before literature, as the material always comes before the work. The hills are full of marble before the world blooms with statues." Philips Brooks

'AMBROSIA' is what I have named this photoblog, since 'creative expression' is the nectar that nourishes the soul of all creative artists. One can spend a lifetime taking pictures which may eventually add up to just a few hours, but come to think of it, that may just be the sum total of ones life. A camera as a companion is an absolute must..be it movie, or still." © Pavan Kaul /Ambrosia . All rights reserved.

MMC Photos from THE COLONY, United StatesVery nice contrast between the range of mountains in the back and the rock in the front. To me the foreground on the left seems out of focus some, but it is still a great photo. 11 May 2009 2:53am @MMC Photos: Thank you for the comment. My focus is actually on the snow peaks in the distance and whatever sharpness there is on the foreground is due to the depth available at that aperture...was not really a concern:) bluechameleon from Vancouver, CanadaSuch great contrast of the warm and cool tones.
